| DEFINITIONS |

indicates the member area for which you buy a name of user and password
(login) from in order to

The
words “member” or “subscription”, when used in the present contract,

by mail one or more electronic receipts and/or access to the
registers of invoicing which refer to the expenses of use of
the site. In the absence of such request, the subscriber gives
up the opinion of purchase by email. |
| EXPENSES Of SUBSCRIPTION |
Subscriber is responsible to discharge
the periodic expenses of subscription as stipulated in the rules
in force at this period. The expenses of subscription are non-repayable
after the name of user and the password were used in order to
reach a site. |
| AUTOMATIC RENEWAL |
Expenses
of subscription are automatically renewed at the end of the initial
period of subscription for one equivalent period,
except for the subscription of 7 days test which is renewed automatically
in monthly subscription . You can cancel
the automatic renewal while going on the site, any request must be
ridge 24 H before the renewal of the subscription.
Unless subscriber does not cancel his contract in

card (or any other approved mode of payment) for any purchase of products

| ROBBERY/LOSS
OF THE LOGIN |
Your
subscription, name of user and password (login), cannot be assigned or
transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly warn or
the site of all safety problem such as loss, robbery or unauthorized
disclosure of his name of user or password. As far as is not advised of such a safety problem
